Since it's Japanese, it's most likely "mah-doh-soo-key", but I've heard it as "mah-doht-skee" before, which is technically also correct.

(Expert Level: just a "ts" sound with no "u", since Japan drops a lot of its "u" and "i" sounds when convenient.)

The T+S combination shouldn't be that hard, English already has it everywhere at the end of words (e.g. bats, cats, shits).

So, Mahdohtsookee or Mahdohtskee.
