Yes, I do quite often. I try to remember them the best I can. They're more often lucid than not. I get to meet people I want to meet, do things I want to do, create worlds or visit places. It's great.
When they're not lucid though, they're mostly nightmares, and I wish I wouldn't dream because of that. They're not cheesy jumpscare-y or OMGFALLING kind of nightmares, they're elaborate, and they tackle my deepest fears and insecurities. My subconscious is a bitch and uses it's knowledge to no good. :< Bad feels all day after waking up happen, too.

Yes, I'm excited when I go to sleep because my dreams are always so creatively different. I can hardly understand people who have absolutely no interest in lucid dreaming, since it's the opportunity to do anything you want.

Very rarely unless I take sleeping meds or drink a really sugary beverage before I go to bed. I had one last night after downing some off-brand tylenol pm knock off with some overly sweet lemon tea which was on the same sweet/sour level as lemonade. With lemons in it. Go figure.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m9mlrk_iP6cI'm dreaming of leading a wing of Havocs through the desert, riding the tops of dunes, with this music in my head. Every time I remember, I don't need to sleep though.
