For Madotsuki's costume, I wouldn't worry too much about the nitty gritty details, since her sprite isn't too specific. I think as long as you keep the basic color scheme/design together, you'll be okay. That being said, here's my two cents...
I don't think the wig has to be super long. I think similar to the length of these girls' hair, maybe a couple of inches longer or shorter (sorry about the watermark, it was the only one I could find at the right length).
I think the skirt would be best anywhere between mid-thigh length to just above or at the knee. Again, in-game Madotsuki doesn't really have legs, so you could get away with a long or short skirt. I always imagined it as showing some leg though.

The Uboa costume is trickier. To make it round, you'd probably have to make like a paper-mache shell or tape cardboard together to make a dome (like those tetris block costumes, except Uboa-shaped). Either way it would probably look kinda goofy.
Another option would simply to have a big black sheet or piece of fabric that covers the wearer completely from head to toe but makes them look shapeless (can't see their limbs/feet/shoulders). Obviously you'd add an appropriate mask. That might look cool on a tall person, even a little intimidating/creepy (have them stand too close too other people and not move or make a sound).

so, Anime Dreams was today. My friend who was going to make Masada gave up and my friend who was going to make Poniko didn't have enough money to finish her cosplay. The good news is, if you can't get the red/blue outfit going, you could always try the lightblue/black or pink/purple instead. Or if you can't do any of those, there's also the pink nightgown. 8D

All you need now is long, blond hair in a braid. I'd try going for a wig for that. :)

I probably can pull it off (as 2/3 of the outfits are based on what I have in my wardrobe) too, but I like that you tried! :D

I've cosplayed the characters; Kyon from Suzumyia Haruhi. Harima from School Rumble and Nekozawa from Ouran Host Club.

And most of them aren't that popular.

Masada would be completely unkown among Narutos, Bleachs and stuff.

Ok Brazilian guys, AF is starting this week!

If you're going July 17th (next Saturday), look for a big black monster. It's probably Uboa. I'll be there as Maddysuki and we'll have a Masada too. Unconfirmed Kyukyu. I NEED A PLASTIC KNIFE AND I ALSO NEED TO LEARN HOW TO MAKE BRAIDS ON MYSELF.
